Using the app
Big League Intro ("the app") is provided by Seven Even Labs LLC for personal, noncommercial use related to youth sports team activities, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You agree to use the app only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
Your content
You are responsible for any content you add or import, including player names, announcement scripts, pronunciation notes, audio files, and team information. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content with the app.
Apple Music and third party rights
Playback or access through Apple Music relies on Apple's MusicKit and your own Apple Music entitlements. Third party music and recordings may be protected by copyright. You are responsible for securing appropriate rights and for complying with Apple's terms that apply to your use of Apple Music.
Purchases
Subscriptions and in app purchases are processed by Apple. Fees, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies and the purchase flow shown at the time of checkout.
Consent to share consumption data with Apple
By using our app and making in app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Even Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the greater of fifty dollars or the amounts you paid us for the app in the six months before the claim.
